How much does delivery cost?
We've tried to keep the prices down as much as possible, so all our Lelli Kelly orders posted in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the British Forces Post Office will be sent FREE. All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail on a 2-4 business day service. Orders over £100 can be upgraded to an express 1-3 business day service or on orders under £100 you can pay £2.95 to upgrade to this service. Please be aware these services are not guaranteed.
Next Day Service
We offer Next Working Day on orders placed before 3.00 pm. These will be shipped by DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will arrive on the next working day. This service is applicable to deliveries Monday to Friday only. If you purchase on Friday before 3.00 pm for next day delivery, the item will arrive on Monday (the next working day). The cost of this service is £7.95. Items purchased for next day delivery on Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday and delivered Tuesday. An email and text message will be sent upon shipment and also on the day of delivery. You will be given an estimated 1 hour estimated delivery time for delivery.
Saturday Next Day Delivery to Mainland UK
We offer a Saturday Next Day Delivery Service with DPD or Royal Mail. This service is only available on orders placed before 3.00 pm on Friday. This service is fully trackable and will be delivered between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. An email and text message will be sent upon delivery. You will be given an estimated 1 hour delivery time frame on the day of delivery. The cost of this service is £12.95
How long will delivery take?
We aim to despatch goods purchased before 3.00 pm Monday to Friday (with the exception of Bank Holidays) the same day. After this time items will be sent the next working day. Shoes purchased Saturday or Sunday will be sent on the next working day. All shoes are delivered in the UK by Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 2 - 4 business days. Items purchased with Express will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Items purchased on a Next Day will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where you can sign for the delivery during working hours.
What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?
Don't worry. The nice post man or woman who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. They’ll then take them to your local delivery office, where you have 72 hours to collect the parcel. Although we are sure you wouldn’t want to wait that long.
