Returns and Refund Policy

 

This service is only for customers who have purchased from www.lellikellyshop.co.uk, if you have purchased from any other Lelli Kelly websites DO NOT use this service as you have not purchased from our company. 

All our order numbers start with LK followed by 5 numbers for example LK10011, if in doubt please contact us before sending your parcel.

We accept returned goods within a 30 day period.

Simply repackage your item in postal packaging, remembering to include the unused and unopened free gift. A deduction of £5 will be made for all missing or opened gifts – we are only supplied with one gift per box of shoes.

If items are received with courier labels attached directly to the box or the items are returned without the product box then a £5 re-packaging charge will be deducted from the refund.

If there is a problem with the goods received, we must be notified within 3 days from receipt of delivery. This includes incorrect items or missing items.
