Returns
This service is only for customers who have purchased from www.lellikellyshop.co.uk, if you have purchased from any other Lelli Kelly websites DO NOT use this service as you have not purchased from our company. All our order numbers start with LK and then 4 numbers for example LK1001, if in doubt please contact us before sending your parcel.

Simply repackage your item in postal packaging, remembering to include the unused free gift which needs to be unopened and unused. (A deduction of £5 will be made for all missing or opened gifts).
What’s your return policy?
We will accept returned goods within a 30 day period. If you change your mind after receiving the item(s)…no problem, just send them back and we can process a refund. The shoes do however have to be returned in an unworn condition, in the original box with the labels attached, also the free gift would have to be returned unused and unopened with the packaging. (A deduction of £5 will be made for all missing or opened gifts).
If there is a problem with the goods received, we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of delivery. This includes incorrect items received, missing items or faulty goods. We must be notified within 14 days, from the date the order was placed, if you have not received your item. Please note we will not accept returns with writing or stickers on the box. If items received are in a defaced/damaged box/packaging, then a £5 re-packaging charge will be deducted from the refund. Consignments received without the sender’s address will be removed and disposed of after 30 days of receipt.

What happens if I don’t like the shoes or they do not fit?
No problem. Just send the item back to us unworn and in the original condition with the free gift for a full refund.
How long does it take to process my return?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible. We aim for a target time of returns being processed the day the goods are received. However, this may on occasions take up to 3-4 working days to process, especially at busy periods.

to get a prepaid label which can be printed yourself or there will be QR code emailed to you which enable the label to be printed for you.
