Autumn Shopping: What Shoes Should Be in Your Kids' Wardrobes?

Approaching the Autumn season, you need to be updating your kids’ wardrobes with the latest on season footwear fashion, which is comfortable and warm, ready for all weather conditions.

When to start shopping for cold weather footwear

Generally, we’d recommend getting in as early as possible when it comes to buying cold weather footwear to avoid high prices and limited options. A great time to look is mid-late September, as stores start to stock new-season collections, but there are also a range of in-stock options left over from summer sales. 

The main tip we’d have when it comes to timing your cold weather footwear purchases is to be proactive, check your desired shops regularly in the lead up to Autumn to see if their newest collections have dropped. Getting in early is almost always the best way.

 

 

What types of shoes do kids need in the autumn season?

To be fully prepared, there are a few different types of shoes kids need for the Autumn season:

• Boots - A sturdy pair of boots are an absolute must, especially ones made from leather or synthetics that are water resistant. Contrary to popular belief, boots can still be a stylish option for colder months.
