What’s your return policy?
We will accept returned goodss within a 30 day period. If you change your mind after receiving the item(s)...no problem, just send them back and we can process a refund. The shoes do however have to be returned in an unworn condition, in the original box with the labels attached also the free gift would have to be returned unused and undamaged. If there is a problem with the goods received we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of delivery. This includes incorrect items received, missing items or faulty goods. We must be notified within 14 days, from the date the order was placed, if you have not received your item. Please note we will not accept returns with writing or stickers on the box. If items received are defaced/damaged then a £5 re-packaging charge will be deducted from the refund. Consignments received without the senders address will be removed and disposed of after 30 days of receipts.

The decorations on these products are hand sewn, in case of improper use or excessive breaking stress they may come off. In the unlikely event that any decoration breaks off, be careful that children do not inhale or swallow them in order to protect their health. Lelli Kelly will not accept the return of canvas/sandals where the beads/decorations have come off after the shoes have been worn.
What happens if I don't like the shoes or they do not fit?
No problem. Just send the item back to us unworn and in the original condition for a full refund. A covering letter would have to be sent stating your order number which would have been enclosed with your order.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible. We therefore aim for a target time of them being processed the day the goods are received back. However, this may on occasions take up to 3 - 4 days to process, especially at busy periods.

Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?
No we offer a free returns service within 30 days of receiving the item. Simple re-package the item and return with a note advising the reason for return using the pre paid returns label on the invoice and hand in at your local Post Office.
Do I have to pay for postage if the shoes are faulty?
No we can email you a Pre-Paid Postage label if you do not have the orginal that is attached to your invoice. If you decide to return the item at your own expense without contacting us first then please note we will not reimburse for a courier, as we provide pre-paid labels.
